Exposed is a performance based on motifs from Jan Faber’s text I Am a Mistake (Ikbeen eenfout) from 1988. Exposedcreates its poetics through ideological disappointment and searches its subjective truth in dance theatre, it once again asks about the value of a human being. In the absence of an ideology against which we could revolt, there is no "real" reason for revolution anymore, this is why we feel this horrifying emptiness and at the same time powerlessness to rebel against it, although a silent, inner rebellion is simmering inside us. If we draw parallels between the ageing body and the decomposing of the society, we find that these are similar anomalies. In Exposed, Rosana Hribar with her co-creators, actor and movement artist Vito Weis and dancers Kristina Aleksova, Neža Blažič, Tina Habun and Katja Kolarič not only questions the value and ability, boundaries and borders of the human body, but tries to re-evaluate the human itself, in the light of one’s powerlessness and entrapment in the decaying social system.
