Ozren Prohić holds a master’s in Croatian language and literature and a bachelor’s in directing (ADU Zagreb). He has directed in most Croatian theatres and is particularly famed for his adaptations and dramatisations. He successfully directs opera and won an award for his first one (Rossini’s Turco in Italia). He is a professor in the Theatre and Radio Directing Department at ADU.
Tomislav Pavković is a scholar of Croatian language and literature, comparative literature and theatre research with a theatre directing degree (ADU 2003). He has directed in all bigger Croatian theatres and has been employed in the Theatre and Radio Directing Department of ADU since 2005 as an associate professor, and since 2014 together with Prohić a mentor in the Acting Department. He also serves as the chair of the Theatre and Radio Directing Department.
The practical seminar will focus on the connection between inner motivation and the outward acting gesture.
